Questions & Answers
What counts as one generation?
One generation = one AI output, whether that's a 5-second clip from text or extending an existing shot. Re-running a prompt with different settings counts as a new generation.
What happens if I use all my generations?
You can keep generating — we just charge overage at your plan's rate ($2, $1.50, or $1.25 per generation). No lockouts, no waiting until next month.
Why would I upgrade from Freelance to Studio?
Three reasons: more generations at a lower effective cost, faster rendering during busy periods, and quicker support response. Most editors upgrade when AI becomes a weekly part of their workflow instead of occasional.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Unused generations roll over for 30 days if you downgrade.
Do generations expire?
No. Unused generations roll over month to month as long as your subscription is active.
Which AI model should I use?
Runway Gen-4 is best for controlled motion and camera moves. Luma Ray2 excels at photorealism and natural movement. Veo is strongest for stylized looks and creative interpretation. You can switch between them freely — all are included in every plan.
Is my footage private?
Yes. Your clips and prompts are sent directly to the AI providers for processing and are not stored or used for training. We retain only metadata needed for billing and support.
